We will be using the VW Amarok for the 2015 competition.
We will be holding the elimination rounds near Zeerust, North West Province again this year.
All contestants will be met at the venue as per the route guide (See "Route Guide" page) at 4.00 pm on the first day of your booked date. Please be at the location at 4.00 pm as roll call will be taken and your Amorok number will be given to you. The venue can be reached with a normal sedan vehicle you do not need a 4x4.
Day 1 - Arrive at meeting point 4.00pm - proceed to camp – registration and dinner
Day 2 - Breakfast - driving competition - lunch - driving competition - dinner
Day 3 - Tea, Coffee & Rusks - driving competition - Brunch - depart approximately 12.00 pm.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING
Sleeping bag and pillow
There will be stretchers and roll-up camping foam mattresses in the tents or you can bring your own if you prefer or if that is not adequate
Your own towel, soap and toiletries
A flashlight/torch or small camping light for your tent
Warm clothing for the evening
Your own medicines for all reasonable foreseeable ailments – hay fever, insect bites, headaches, runny stomach, inflammation from regular conditions (not accidents), sunburn, eye drops, blisters, colds, flu and fever
Your own alcohol an mixers and drinking water
Your own snacks and soft drinks for between meals
Glasses and ice will be available
We have an event photographer. For R 250.00 (payable at the event) a team will receive 2 CD’s with about 120 photos and a video clip on each. The photos will cover your whole stay with us. You will receive the CD’s before departure.

Vodacom & MTN reception is available at the camp in certain designated areas.
We can only accommodate the contestants taking part in the competition. There is no accommodation available for extra guests unless previously arranged.
CLOTHING AND REFRESHMENTS
There will be branded clothing for sale. Please bring your own alcohol, mixers, soft drinks and snacks for between meals.
For the teams that have not paid the full amount for the Elimination Round, would you please bring the balance in cash or a cash cheque as we have no card facilities. Internet banking will be available on site.
